[Camera] Location Scouting

Since you’ve started writing your script, this time we’re going to do some location scouting. If your camera has a time-lapse mode, this is an excellent time to engage it. Go to different locations that could work for your script, and take some short time-lapse movies (or stills if this isn’t an option for you). Just as in the last lesson, try out different camera placements, and different lighting situations.

As before, be sure to save these images for later inspiration. Now is the time to build your own personal palette of interesting and engaging locations.
